descended from George Putnam Watkins who lived at 400 Madison Street in
Lynchburg. Late 19c Empire style mahogany dining room suite to include
large dining table with circular top, boldly carved pedestal and five
leaves; six side chairs and two arm chairs; buffet, server, and china
cabinet with not only a bowed glass door, but ogee shaped glass sides
and elaborate carved moldings, columns, and feet; a large elaborately
carved mahogany bookcase with griffins, etc; Victorian style sofa and
chair, a mahogany Lane cedar chest, several rocking chairs, upholstered
chairs, English oak hanging corner cupboard (withdrawn
from sale), drop leaf dining table, mahogany Empire chest of drawers,
